Not easy to use
The title says it all. You cant even view the stretches

Not too great
the app is ok if you are older and are trying to be more flexible. NOT RECOMMENDED if you are a dancer/gymnast. Waste of my money

This is a horrible app. I would give it zero. Constantly resets. Its garbage! Free would have been too expensive
